I'm sweltering in Delhi's 42 degree summer.....it's actually making me want to come home and experience some lovely chilly, rainy weather!  I won't be saying that for long when I get back ;-)

Sooo....just time for a few quick pictures from my last days in McLeod.  I had an added bonus, an unexpected close encounter with His Holiness whilst walking to a small village near McLeod on Wednesday - he happened to be leaving town and drove right past me and we smiled at each other - goosebumps!!  I'm not the only one who's had such a close encounter - here is the small orang utan my niece made me when I set off on my travels.......hope you like it, Heather!

More good news - my not-so-traditional Tibetan chupa was ready in time - here it is, being modelled in front of my hand-painted Volunteer Tibet sign (that logo was tricky to paint!)....

If you are thinking of visiting McLeod yourself, there are some great places to eat and drink - including a *completely authentic* branch of the Hard Rock Cafe....

Oh....and one last thing.........!
See you soon :-)
